2-4pm: Informal shake-out runs and early check-in at Black Rock Mountain State Park (Especially recommended for participants staying at Black Rock Mountain State Park.)
5pm-7pm: Check-In and hangout in the back of Wander North Georgia (33 N Main St, Clayton, GA) with Mirna Valerio. Welcome talk at 6:30pm. Dinner on your own in downtown Clayton!
6:30am-8:30am: Breakfast Buffet will be available. (Check In available for anyone who missed Friday.) Park in the Rabun County Clerk of Courts Parking Lot (25 Courthouse Square
Clayton, GA) and follow signs to the Rock House (39 E Savannah St). The Rock House will be open from 6:30am-4pm, offering refreshments, snacks, restrooms, and a secure place to store belongings and hang out!
7am-7:45am: OPTIONAL guided mindfulness and journaling led by the incredibly wise and talented Michelle and Kenya of Outdoor Journal Tour. (Downtown Clayton, Location TBD)
8:00am-9:00am: Shuttles will be coming in 15 min increments to take participants to Warwoman Dell Trailhead. Get there early! It’s a beautiful place to hang out, and there will be shoe demos from Merrell and Salomon!
9:15am: Mandatory Welcome & Safety Talk at Warwoman Dell Trailhead.
Group runs at trailhead on Bartram trail: ~4-9 miles options. The course is an out and back, and it features several waterfalls in the first 2 miles! Turn around after a few miles, or head up to the top of the mountain for a beautiful summit view. Participants will divide up into groups based on distance and pace, and Mirna will lead a 4 mile “Intro To Trail Running” - group run and workshop for new runners. All groups will have group leaders, but attendees may also form their own group - the course is well marked!

Bring your lunch, or head back into town and hit up Clayton’s excellent restaurant options! We will have aid station snacks, and there will be coolers on site to store lunches. Trailhead has a large picnic area and a pit toilet.
Showers available for participants at Your Time Fitness (675 North Main Street) and Clayton Health and Fitness (69 Seed Tick Rd), just bring your own towel and toiletries!
11:00 - 2:30pm: Shuttles will be running in 30 min increments to take participants back to Downtown Clayton
TENTATIVE Workshop Schedule: (NOTE: This schedule is packed full and also subject to change! If you plan to do the 9 mile route, you may not make it back in time for the earlier workshops! That’s okay - choose your own adventure!)
1:30pm: Making it Up the Mountain: strategies for surviving long days in the mountains!

2:15pm: Meetup for Carpool to Bull Sluice at the Chattooga River (UNGUIDED AND AT YOUR OUR RISK) If you are wanting to do a bit of cooling off, meet up with ladies to carpool together to the Chattooga River. (~20 min drive, and about 45 min-1 hour of exploring, expect to get back to downtown by 4:15pm) This is an informal meetup style activity.

4:15pm – “Ask Anything” - We recommend that everyone attend this one! Bring your questions for judgement free facilitated group discussions on everything from boob chafing and having your period in the woods to favorite running gear and places to run. (Clayton Diner and Pavilions)
5:30pm: Dinner at the Diner: Make Your Own Taco Bar at the Diner (201 W Savannah St). This is just a short walk down the street from the Rock House and the parking area.
6:30pm - 8:30pm: Women Who Wander Panel Discussion - in the Rabun County Pavilions (right next to the Diner!) A incredible group of female athletes, entrepreneurs, leaders, and adventures will join us for a celebratory night cohosted by Wander North Georgia! Mirna Valerio will keynote. 7:00am - 8:30am: Breakfast buffet available at the group shelter next to visitors center at Black Rock Mountain State Park.
7:15am-8:00am: OPTIONAL Gentle Flow Yoga with Megan Marlene Moran a group shelter next to visitors center at Black Rock Mountain State Park: Gentle flow yoga, a moderate, hatha yoga class to activate muscles and release tensions. Space limited!
8:15am: Group Photo!
8:30am: Group run/hike (~4 miles) on the Tennessee Rock trail to the summit of Black Rock Mountain with options to stay longer and explore up to 12 more miles of trail!
THE END! Stay and hang out at group shelter, explore more trails, or head home!
