Friday, September 24th:

5-7PM: Check-In and mingle at Wander North Georgia outdoor courtyard.(87 N Main St, Clayton, GA) Welcome talk with Mirna Valerio and information meeting at 6:30pm. **Must bring proof of COVID Vaccine or Negative COVID test result to check in - see COVID Safety for more info.


Saturday, September 25th:

6:30AM: Optional 45min Flow Yoga for All Bodies with Hillary Marshall (Pavilions next to Civic Center in Clayton) **Bring your own yoga mat!

7:15AM-8:30AM: Meet at the Civic Center Diner in Clayton for breakfast buffet. Park at (Check-In available for anyone who missed Friday.) Shuttles will start running to trailhead at 8am. Take an early shuttle to enjoy shoe demos at the trailhead!

9AM: Safety Talk (at Warwoman Dell Trailhead)

9:15AM: Group runs and hikes on the Bartram Trail at USFS Warwoman Dell Trailhead (4-8 miles). Intro to Trail Running Workshop with Mirna Valerio before 4 mile run group departs. Shoe demos from Merrell and On-Running, and trailhead fun! Shuttles will running every 20 minutes to take attendees back to town. Everyone must be off trails by 3pm.

***Coolers will be available if you’d like to pack a lunch to have on hand after your run/hike, or grab lunch in town! If you are looking for a place to freshen up, free showers are available just down the road at Clayton Health and Fitness. Check out an access card at the Civic Center Diner. Please bring your own towel and toiletries. ***

1PM-1:30PM: Wild Edible Plants OR Increasing your Endurance (at Trailhead)

2:45PM-3:15PM: Foot Health For Everyone OR The Real Deal on Deep Core and Pelvic Floor ( Pavilions) **Bring your own yoga mat!

3:30PM-4:00PM: Legs that Last: Strength Training for Trail Adventures OR The Prepared Adventurer **Bring your own yoga mat! (Pavilions)

4:15PM: Ask Anything Group Discussions (Pavilions)

5:30PM: Taco bar dinner at Civic Center Diner and Pavilions

6:30PM-8:30PM: Women Who Wander Panel Discussion featuring inspiring outdoor lovers and athletes, followed by keynote talk by Mirna Valerio. Raffle prizes and fun! (Pavilions)


Sunday, September 26th:

7:15-8:00AM: Breakfast at Black Rock Mountain State Park

7:30AM: Optional morning reflection and meditation with Paz Merino of Sphinx Movement at park overlook

8:30AM: Group photo followed by runs and hikes at Black Rock Mountain State Park (3-4 miles). Shoe demos by Altra. We will be wrapped up by Noon!
