women’s trailfest COVID safety policy

COVID and the spread of the Delta variant are very much on our minds as we plan for September, and while we cannot fully eliminate the risk this poses, we will be doing what we can to reduce the risk of spread. Participants should be prepared to adhere to the following COVID Safety Policy:

  • We are requiring that all attendees be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 OR have tested negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours of the event.

    1. When checking in for the event, you will be asked to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR proof of your negative COVID-19 test that was administered within 72 hours prior to check-in.

    2. A physical copy or digital photo on your phone of your vaccination card or negative test result is acceptable.

  • Mask will be required in the following situations:

    • Indoors unless seated and eating or drinking

    • When riding in shuttles

    • Outdoors when people are congregated together for extended periods of time without room for ample distancing. Examples: During our safety talks at the trailhead and during the Saturday night panel discussion.

  • If you are feeling sick or have been recently exposed to someone with COVID-19, please do not attend. We are happy to refund your ticket.

Thank you for your support and cooperation to help us ensure the safety of fellow attendees, volunteers, and the people we'll return home to.
